Does En Nus test on animals?
En Nus does not test on animals. En Nus uses only the highest quality ingredients, which have a proven safety record and are widely used in the cosmetics industry.
Do En Nus products contain parabens?
No, En Nus offers paraben free cosmetics.
Do En Nus products contain gluten?
Our products do not contain ingredients derived from barley, oats, rye, spelt or wheat, which are commonly known sources of gluten. However, due to the wide range of raw materials and equipment used during the manufacturing of our products, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of gluten.
Are En Nus products vegan?
We are continually evaluating alternatives to animal-derived ingredients and have replaced many ingredients with vegetable derived substitutes. However, En Nus lipliner and lipstick products contain bee’s wax.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, En Nus Cosmetics ships internationally. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
How can I return my order?
Please refer to our return policy.
If a product is damaged /defective, it is subject to a full refund minus shipping expense. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must email email@example.com within 15 days from the date of arrival. All products must be in their original and respective packaging along with original receipts. Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund.
Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable.
To initiate a return, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number, a photo of the defect/damage, along with a description of the damage.
Please note that only products purchased from www.ennuscosmetics.com will be accepted for return.

All shipping is currently being handled through the United States Postal Service. There is a Flat Shipping rate of $5.99 USD for all Shipments within the USA regardless of item quantity purchased. USPS (United States Postal Service) offers tracking on these items and an email link will be sent when your order is processed and shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and insurance is available through USPS. All Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days.
These are the estimated delivery dates given to us by the USPS however, they are not guaranteed. Majority of the orders do get delivered within the specified time frame, unfortunately in some cases orders do get delayed either at the post office or at your countries customs location (varies by country).
